Iphone 5s hung on the lanyard after the update. On the iPhone screen, the cord and the iTunes icon what to do

Friends, occurrences USB cable and iTunes icon on the screen of iPhones, iPads and iPods are quite common. In general, it is generally accepted that if a cord and an icon in the form of the iTunes program logo appear on the black display of one of these devices, then this means that Recovery Mode is running. But not everyone knows that cable and iTunes, in addition to Recovery Mode, can mean Recovery Loop, which is different from Recovery Mode.

In order for you to be able to make an accurate diagnosis, to determine the mode in which your iPhone (or other device) is located, displaying the USB cable and iTunes, we will write down the results of our studies of the acquired as a result of the operation of these mobile Apple devices. And maybe our meager knowledge will help at least someone to solve their problem and restore the phone or tablet to work.

Recovery Mode - Normal

In the usual recovery mode, the iPhone or iPad is entered using simple steps, the sequence of these steps is described here - "". To exit the normal Recovery Mode, we simply left the iPhone for a while, it rebooted itself and exited recovery mode. To immediately exit the recovery mode (so as not to wait), we simply force it. It turns out that from the usual recovery mode, unlike others, it is quite easy to exit with a reboot.

Recovery Loop Mode - Compliant

There are cases that after a forced reboot, which is used to exit the normal recovery mode, the iPhone still continues to load a black screen, on which we see the cord and iTunes again and again. This situation means that the iPhone has entered the so-called Recovery Loop mode. A phone or tablet in this mode is very often driven by the iTunes program. Getting into the Recovery Loop can happen for various reasons, for example, as a result of or restoring iOS firmware. A recovery loop can occur as a result of a software, hardware or household failure (for example, accidentally pulling out the cable), once we ourselves, when we tried to downgrade the iOS firmware from 7 to 6.

Why did we add the word “Obedient” in the subheading? Yes, because you can still get out of the obedient recovery loop and return the iPhone to a working state without losing information, for this we used, some users with TinyUmbrella had difficulties, and we found a more convenient way to exit Recovery Loop using the program. There are other programs to exit the loop - iReb and RecBoot.

Recovery loop mode - not obedient

If your iPhone or iPad falls into a naughty Recovery Loop, then, as a rule, not only a forced restart is powerless, but the programs redsn0w, iReb, TinyUmbrella and RecBoot also cannot get the iPhone out of the recovery loop. As a result of using the programs above, the iPhone continues to display the USB cable and the iTunes logo after reboot. In this case, we did not succeed in avoiding the loss of information stored in the iPhone, but it's good if earlier you too.

If you have caught a naughty recovery loop, then all that remains is to connect your iPhone to iTuens and try to flash it. Sometimes it is impossible to flash the phone in this mode, then they try to flash it again. As a result, the iPhone firmware erases all the information we made earlier. It happens that after flashing the iPhone or iPad, they are asked to enter someone's Apple ID and password, but this is a completely different story.

The appearance of the iTunes cord and the icon of this service on the black screen of the iPhone, as a rule, indicates a software or hardware failure. Very often, the cord appears after the user has made an attempt to update the operating system or roll it back, and at this time some kind of failure has occurred. An error when self-flashing a mobile phone is one of the most likely reasons for the appearance on iPhone screen connection cord. If the problem is software, then it is quite easy to solve it on your own. It is enough to download and install iTunes on your computer, connect the phone to the computer via a wire and click the "update" button in the appeared window of the iTunes program if it is available (the data will not be erased during the update) or the "Restore" button (this procedure leads to the complete loss of all user data on the device).

The second common reason for the splash screen with a cord to connect to iTunes is a hardware failure. If you have followed all that is described above and in the process of restoring the software iTunes gave an error message, then in 95% of cases this indicates a hardware malfunction and you need to contact. Here is a small list of iTunes bugs and what they might be related to:

Error -1 or error 50 - indicates problems with the modem part of the phone.

Error 3194 - usually occurs when trying to restore the phone with an older version of software that has already stopped signing in iTunes.

Error 9 is a very abstract error and can occur for a wide variety of reasons, from a front camera cable to a faulty processor.

Error 40 - Most often indicates that the problem is with NAND memory.

Error 4005 - just like error 9, it can occur for many reasons.

Error 4013 - has a wide range of causes. For example, on iPhone 5s, this problem occurs due to a malfunction of the Flash file system, and on iPhone 6s, this error most often occurs due to problems with the processor of the modem part.

Error 4014 - most often indicates problems with RAM.

This is not a complete list of errors that can occur when recovering P.O. the list is very wide and by mistake it is impossible to say with absolute accuracy what is out of order. Requires professional, hardware diagnostics. (ed. and not fortune-telling on the coffee grounds :-))

Also, from the recovery mode, if it was not started by the system due to an unsuccessful update, you can try to exit by forcibly restarting the phone (press and hold the "Home" and "Power" buttons). If the cord does not disappear after restarting, then it is obvious that your iPhone has entered the Recovery Loop mode. In this case, the iTunes cord will appear on the screen even after the hundredth reboot. It is extremely difficult to solve such a problem without being a specialist. It is best not to waste time and risk your smartphone and go to the service center, where experienced professionals will help within ten minutes.

Expert advice:

Some "experts" advise using special programs such as TinyUmbrella and RecBoot to exit the "loop". We warn iPhone owners that using any software to eliminate this error can lead to a complete loss of data in the phone's memory. In case after restart operating system you see the iTunes screensaver again, the most correct solution would be to visit a specialized workshop.

If your iPhone displays a black screen with an iTunes icon and an image of a USB cable, then it could be either recovery mode or a so-called recovery loop. In the first iPhone case does not need repair, but in the second one cannot do without professional intervention.

What's the difference between recovery mode and loopback?

Recovery Mode is an easy way to quickly get your OS back up and running. With Recovery Mode, you can completely reset your iPhone and recover from a backup previously saved to your computer or iCloud. The user independently enters the smartphone into Recovery Mode. To enter recovery mode, you need:

  • turn off iPhone
  • connect USB cable to computer only
  • hold down the Home button on the smartphone
  • connect the USB cable to the smartphone while continuing to hold the Home button
  • wait for the iTunes icon and cable image to appear.

If you do not have the relevant experience, then we strongly recommend that you do not use the recovery mode without the help of an experienced wizard.

There are times when, even after all the necessary actions and a reboot after restoring, the iPhone still persistently continues to display a black screen with an iTunes icon. This is called a recovery loop - the smartphone constantly asks to connect iTunes, and the reboot does not help. In this case, you need professional help.

Why does iPhone ask for iTunes connection?

You may have put iPhone into Recovery Mode. You can easily get out of it by turning off the iPhone and turning it on again, holding the Home button while pressing the power button.

But more often the reason why after restoring the iPhone does not want to return to normal operating mode may be an incorrect update. There are often cases when this happened due to the fact that the iPhone was disconnected from the computer ahead of time, before the firmware was downloaded and installed.

What should you do when a recovery loop appears?

If your iPhone constantly asks for a connection to iTunes, then you need to contact a service center. At Macsouls, experienced technicians will quickly fix this problem by updating the iPhone's firmware.

We are successfully engaged in iPhone repair of all generations and models - iPhone 4, 4s, 5, 5c, 5s, 6, 6 Plus, 6s, 6s Plus - for more than eight years now and we can guarantee you that your iPhone will work properly after repair in Macsouls. Before repairing, a service center employee will carry out a free diagnosis of your device in order to pinpoint the cause of the problem.

That is why you should not enter Recovery Mode if you are not sure of your actions.

If the iPhone constantly asks for iTunes connection, you shouldn't go inside the phone to fix the problem - the reasons here are programmatic. Although they may be different.
Often in this situation there are those who tried to independently perform the jailbreak procedure, it also happens when updating the software. Also, the fault may be the incorrect switching on or off of the smartphone, the use of pirated software. It happens that the iPhone goes into recovery mode due to a software error.
You can solve these problems by reinstalling the software, however, you need to be prepared for the fact that you will not be able to save the data if the backup has not been created for a long time. You only need to reflash the iPhone using the correct software, which is different for each specific situation (model, firmware version); it is better to entrust the operation itself to professionals.
If iPhone requires an iTunes connection, bring it to us. The employees of our service center are familiar with all the nuances related to the iPad, both in hardware and software. Eliminating this problem will not take long. The flashing will be done efficiently and with a guarantee.

iPhone is not flashed

We are often contacted by users who have problems with the firmware of their smartphone or tablet. As a rule, the problem is characterized by its most common symptom, when the iPhone is not flashed and does not enter an operating mode.
This often leads to extremely undesirable outcomes for the iPhone owner - irreparable loss of information or complete failure.
When the iPhone is not flashed, the reasons for this can be different - an error when installing a new version of iOS, bad experience of using third-party software (for example, installing and activating jailbreak utilities), or hardware damage due to harmful mechanical impact or the ingress of liquid.
As a rule, if there is a problem with the firmware of an "apple" smartphone, when connected via a computer, iTunes displays an error message. The error number informs about its causes. Basic:
Error 3194 - says that the version of the firmware that you are installing, for some unknown reason, does not pass validation on Apple servers. This usually happens if you are installing an older version that Apple is phasing out, or because your PC is blocking iTunes from accessing Apple's checkout servers.
Error 1013 or error 1015
Errors under these numbers indicate that the firmware of the modem of the firmware installed on the device is higher than the version of the modem of the firmware you are installing. That is, they arise, as a rule, when downgrading.
Error 1011 or error 1012 are also associated with a modem firmware error, but a hardware error.
Error 3 is related to a hardware malfunction of the radio module, error 9 is an interruption in iTunes communication with the device, error 16 is a hardware problem.
These are just some of the most common mistakes - the full list is much wider. Some of them can be fixed on your own, but most errors are best corrected with the help of a service center specialist. iService Center provides this kind of service. We are waiting for you!

Forgot iPhone password

Few people write down the iPhone unlock password. It seems to make no sense in this - the password is usually four-digit. However, it happens that when setting a password and being distracted by some external factors, we often forget it. Or, when setting a new password, confusion occurs in my head, and another number is memorized by mistake. Or, another digit is included in the password if the initial input is incorrect. The reasons are different, but the consequences are the same - it is impossible to unlock the device.
Until you enter the correct numbers, the iPhone will not unlock. Moreover, if during installation you selected the delete option, after you enter an incorrect combination of characters 10 times in a row, all information will be automatically deleted from the gadget's memory. So what if you forget your iPhone unlock password?
There are two ways, the first of them deletes all data from the device, while using the second it is possible to save them. The first is done through entering DFU mode, the second through backup (provided that you regularly create backups).
Both options can be carried out independently, without the help of a specialist, by finding the corresponding instructions on the Internet. However, if you do not have good skills in performing such operations, it is better not to risk it - as a failed attempt can exacerbate the problem. It is much easier to contact the specialists of our service center, where these operations are very inexpensive, and they will help you in a short time.

The phone turns on, but the screen shows the USB cable and the iTunes icon. There are three main signs that the firmware on your phone has crashed or is damaged: 1. iPhone won't turn on and all you see is (oddly enough) a black screen. 2. I did everything as written, an apple appeared and a strip under it. and everything, no more movements, what to do ???? Enter iPhone into DFU mode and flash. 1. Press and hold the Power button (top right corner) for 3 seconds.

Recently, I see more and more complaints about unsuccessful updating of iPhone phones using iTunes. Often, such an update leads to a complete flashing of the firmware and the inoperability of the phone. At the same time, not many people know that, thanks to the foresight of developers from Apple, firmware restoration can be done at home and this procedure will take very little time.

If your pet looks great, and there are no holes from enemy bullets in it, you can connect it to your computer using a USB cable. Your computer should start detecting the phone, which in turn means that the phone is alive and you need to restore the firmware. All you need to do is click the "Restore" button and agree to the terms and conditions. After that, it remains to wait until the firmware is downloaded to the iPhone and the process of its restoration is completed, however, iTunes will periodically notify you about this.

What to do if iPhone shows lanyard and iTunes icon?

And maybe our meager knowledge will help at least someone to solve their problem and restore the phone or tablet to work. There are other programs to exit the loop - iReb and RecBoot. As a result of using the programs of the above, the iPhone continues to display the iTunes logo after reboot.

IPhone Screen iTunes Cord

Try DFU on other computers with a different operating system. Try different USB connectors. If other errors appear, search the net for a solution and try. Hello, I have an iPhone 5s, after the update, it asks to connect to aytyuns, it does not enter recovery mode and DFU, or rather it enters, but aytyuns does not give out anything.

Vasily, try to update iTunes, if it does not help, then try to flash the iPhone on another computer. Hello, instead of the blue aytyuns, I have a red badge, what does it mean?

Natalia, in the new iOS firmware in Recovery Mode or Recovery Loop, the icon turned red, it used to be blue. The same thing happened with the icon of the computer program iTunes starting from the 12th version. 2.4com.su/i/13fR.png iphone 5 hangs on a string, but aytyuns shines red, but it should look like blue, what about the iPhone? Aifonych, about the color of the icon in the previous comment. If it does not help, then connect to iTunes and restore. Attempts to refresh / restore via tuna again result in a lace on the screen.

But at the last point, a window with three points is displayed and time goes on for each. I don’t know a hundred to do. YulkaM, first disable antiviruses and firewalls. Many thanks guys! although the skills have now become and helped! I installed 7.1.2 through tuna, which was earlier, but I can not get the loops out of the rekoveri. The previous time I faced such a problem and somehow brought it out and did it. Hello everybody! I saw in my city the sale of Iphone 5s with a cord and iTunes (appeared after ios 9), the person in the ad wrote that only for spare parts, etc.

So be it, connect again. We click on the restore button again and lo and behold, he did not download anything over a new one, but started the recovery process. What you can do: - reinstall iTunes (the latest version is here) - try to turn on the iPhone while holding down the power key and the Home button. First turn on the phone, then turn it off.

Made with two poppies. Plus it was discharged, but in boot mode, as I understand it, the iPhone does not charge? But perhaps the iPhone is really faulty. After connecting the cord, you need to simultaneously hold down the "Power" and "Home" buttons for 10 seconds. DFU and try to flash it again. Hello, my battery on iPhone 4 has run out, after that it gives out a lace and tuna, what should I do? Good afternoon. IPhone 5. Lights and cable.

If you have a lace on the screen of your device on a black background and an iTunes icon at the top of the screen, it means that one of two modes is currently running on the iPhone - this is Recovery Loop or Recovery Mode.

Recovery Mode Is a special recovery mode on any iPhone, designed for emergency situations when the smartphone cannot boot and finds errors in the software. If the phone reboots after the check and again shows the cord and the iTunes icon, then the device has entered the mode Recovery Loop, or, as it is called in another way, the "Recovery Loop".

To understand exactly which mode your phone is in this moment, you just need to restart your smartphone. If it works correctly after rebooting, then this is the normal recovery mode (Recovery Mode). But, if your device still returns to its previous state after restarting, then the phone is in the Recovery Loop mode. You cannot get out of it with any buttons, then you can use special programs or take it to the service center for the wizards to do this.

How to exit Recovery Loop mode

For this, specialized programs have been developed. These are TinyUmbrella, RecBoot and Redsn0w. All products can be downloaded for free on the official websites. Let's consider each of them in detail.

TinyUmbrella. Connect your iPhone via USB after installing the program. Start it up. Put your machine in DFU Mode. As soon as the phone is switched to this mode, the Fix Recovery tab will become active in the program window. Click it and in the window that appears, confirm the action by clicking the "Yes" button. Within a few minutes, your phone should automatically reboot and return to its previous working state.

redsn0w. Download and install the application from your computer. Connect your iPhone via USB cable and launch the program. Click on the Extras tab. In the window that appears, click on the Recovery Fix tab. Next, put your smartphone into DFU Mode. The program will automatically detect DFU and fix all errors. Within a few minutes, the phone will be restored to its previous working state.

RecBoot. If you are unable to restore your iPhone using the programs described above, then use the small utility RecBoot. Download files from the official site and install on your computer. Connect your phone via USB cable and wait for the program to detect the device. Next, click on the Exit Recovery tab. Wait for the device to reboot and return to its previous state.

If you do not know how to put your smartphone in DFU mode, please read the recommendations below carefully. DFU mode on all generations of the iPhone is turned on in the same way:

You need to connect the iPhone to the computer via a USB cable and hold down the Power and Home buttons at the same time for 10 seconds. Then release the Power button while continuing to hold down Home. Keep holding until the phone sees the computer in DFU mode.

If you are unable to restore the operation of the device using the described software tools, use iTunes. But please note that in this case, all data from the iPhone will be deleted. Connect the device in DFU mode to the computer, open iTunes, wait for the device to be detected by the system. Click the Restore tab and Confirm the action, then wait until the end of the procedure. Once the process is complete, your iPhone will restart and work correctly. And it will not be possible to remove cracks from the screen, it will only help the engineers of the service center. There they will also help you and restore the iPhone, get out of various recovery modes.

Sometimes it happens that the iPhone freezes and the iTunes logo is visible on it, which indicates the launch of the firmware recovery process. After a certain time, the phone will update the software and return to normal operation. But in some situations, a USB cable icon appears on the screen, the gadget refuses to work and many do not know how to fix it and what to do in such a case. Let's take a look at the main causes of this annoying error and how you can fix it.

Why is this happening?

The well-known rule says "the best defense is an attack" and, accordingly, at the beginning you should find out the cause of this problem. Why iPhone is hanging on a lanyard in this mode? In addition to software updates, this can also be:

  • Software failure (installing new software solves the problem);
  • Broken processor;
  • Mechanical damage or after an impact (some part may have broken that does not allow the iPhone to work);
  • The power microcircuit is out of order (after a shock or contact with moisture).

Each problem requires an individual solution.

Method 1 - forced device reboot

One of the most common reasons is a software update. If you updated the phone's firmware shortly before the problem appeared, then you should wait for the recovery and automatic reboot to finish, or resolve it forcibly. For this, a hard reboot is used.

This method of "fixing" the recovery mode differs depending on the model of the Apple device, but it will help in a situation when the iPhone is stuck on the strap.

For iPhone 8 and later, press and release the Volume Up / Volume Down rocker immediately, and then press the Home button. Hold it until you see the Apple logo.

For iPhone 7 Plus, simultaneously press the Power button and the volume down rocker, respectively, until the company logo appears. If the iPhone 6 is stuck on a lanyard or an iPhone of another model, you should simultaneously hold down the "Home" and power buttons. The drawing should disappear and then the iPhone comes to its senses.

Method 2 - Fix iPhone stuck on aytyuns string using iTunes

If method number 1 did not help you, the iphone froze in recovery mode and you saw a notification that the phone needs to be restored through aytyuns, then follow these instructions. This is an easy process, and first you need to connect your device to your computer and launch the program. The phone then has to start the treatment itself. If this does not happen, hold down Home and Power and hold until the iTunes icon appears on the device screen.

Then click "Update" and wait for the operation to finish. By choosing this function, you can save data on your iPhone, but if you select "Restore", then all information and phone settings will be lost forever.

Method 3 - DFU

DFU stands for Device Firmware Update and is the deepest recovery mode for iPhone or any iOS device. It will completely destroy information on your iPhone but after that it will work as if it were just out of the box. The device will stop freezing, it will run faster, and crashes or errors in applications will disappear.

The first step is to launch iTunes and connect your phone. For iPhone 6S, hold the Sleep / Wake and Home buttons at the same time for about 8 seconds. For 7 and newer versions, also hold these buttons together with "Volume Down" for 8 seconds. After 8 seconds, release the Sleep button, but continue to hold the Home or Volume Down buttons, depending on the model. Your iPhone screen will go dark for a while and then the device will enter DFU mode. Release all buttons and select "Restore iPhone". This solution is used by professionals and helps when iPhone is frozen on aytyuns as well as in other situations.

Method 4 - Tenorshare Reiboot

In some cases, the so-called Recovery Loop occurs, i.e. Recovery loop. This means that after any of the above recovery methods, the phone will continue to show a black screen and the same hated iTunes and cable icon to no avail. The reason lies in operating system update misses or iOS firmware recovery errors.

Fortunately, there are many effective programs available to treat this problem. To fix this using the utility, you need to perform a few easy manipulations in a couple of clicks. Now the question "iPhone is frozen on aytyuns what to do?" won't seem so intimidating.

Connect your iPhone and go to the utility. Then select the free "Exit Recovery Mode" feature.

If it still does not solve your problem, then select the "Fix the operating system (fix all iOS freezes)" option and click "Start".

A recovery window will appear in front of you, on which you should select "Fix it now". Reiboot will start downloading the firmware package and after the download is complete, click "Start OS Recovery".

This process may take a little time, but it will help revive your device if the iphone is frozen in recovery mode and get rid of this problem.

Any owner of an Apple gadget has repeatedly come across a situation where the iphone 5 freezes. What does this mean? One of two things - the screen is frozen and does not want to turn off, or the device does not respond to button presses. But these problems are quite solvable, if your iPhone is frozen, you just need to restart it. And this can be done in several ways, which will be discussed below.

Consider one of the common situations when iphone 6 freezes. This can also happen with other versions of Apple smartphones, such as iPhone 4, iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6s, iPhone 7 and others. Experience shows that the user of any iPhone model at least once faced a problem when the device slows down and for a long time it is impossible to restore its operation.

So, if you do not know what to do if the iPhone freezes and slows down, and at the same time it cannot be turned off, try performing a forced reboot. This procedure can be done in any state of the iPhone - and when the iphone is frozen during the update, and in a situation if the iphone is frozen during a factory reset.

A forced reboot is performed as follows:

  • The first step is to simultaneously press the "Home" and "Power" buttons and hold down for 8-12 seconds. The display of the gadget should go out completely.
  • After that, remove the press, and the logo should appear on the screen. If this did not happen, you need to make a quick short press on the power button, and reboot into normal mode will begin.

The method described above allows you to adjust the system operation in extremely difficult situations, for example, when the iphone 4 freezes during recovery, as well as if the iPhone freezes during the update, etc. Moreover, repeated pressing of the buttons does not give a result, as well as touching the screen - the iPhone slows down and continues to hang , and without responding to user actions, it works by itself.

In general, a forced reboot is a last resort when nothing else helps. But if other, less difficult problems have arisen on the iPhone, it is better to apply the methods that are given below.

How to restart an iPhone if the buttons don't work

According to users of Apple gadgets, it often happens that the iPhone could freeze, but they do not know how to turn off the device, since the buttons do not respond to pressing, ie. just don't work. This happens with phone models iphone 5s, iphone 6s, iphone 7 and others. But most often, of course, with outdated versions. For example, when the iphone 4s freezes, but the device is not turned off, the display works - a very common situation.

So what to do if the model of the four s device is buggy and does not respond to button presses? There is only one way out - using the Assistive Touch function.

To enable this feature, you need:

  • Go to the main settings of the phone in the section of universal access.
  • Find the item on physiology and motor skills (it is at the very bottom of the menu) and click on "Assistive Touch".
  • On the screen of the gadget version five, 5 ES, iphone 6s, iphone 7 or another model with which you are working, a special translucent color button will appear.
  • Touch this button and the “Assistive Touch” menu will appear on the display.

That's it, the function is on, you can proceed to the second and most important stage of actions to restart the gadget in a situation if it freezes and the buttons do not function.

Any modern iOS device, be it the fifth or sixth version - for example, the iphone 6s, can be turned off not mechanically, but using touch technologies. This is done as follows:

  • By clicking on the "Assistive Touch" icon on the screen of the device.
  • Click on the icon with the inscription "Apparatus", and then carry out a long press on the section "Screen lock". The display will show buttons to turn off and cancel this action.
  • Further, the user's actions are intuitive to everyone - you need to touch the "Disable" icon and the procedure will be carried out automatically.
  • To turn on the device, you need to connect it to a PC or laptop via a USB cable, and it will work normally.

Thus, the device was rebooted in 2 stages - through a sequential shutdown - turn on. This is one of the most frequently used and fairly easy ways to restore the performance of the iphone 6s and other models of the "apple" smartphone, if it wants to hang.

What to do if an iPhone is stuck on a lace

Such a problem, when the iTunes icon and the cord from the Apple appear on the display of the mobile gadget from the Apple USB cable- quite common. Usually this situation is considered by users to start the recovery mode. But this is not always the case.

In fact, with this manifestation of itself, iTunes programs in interaction with an iPhone can mean one of 3:

  • recovery procedure in normal mode;
  • recovery loop mode - obedient;
  • recovery loop mode is naughty.

What does each of the above concepts mean? In the first situation - when the procedure takes place in normal mode - the device will do everything by itself. You just need to leave the gadget for a while, and the system will restart itself. If the user urgently needs to cancel this mode, let him reboot the device forcibly.

But it so happens that the iPhone does not react in any way during a forced restart, and continues to display the iTunes logo on the screen. This is how the second situation arises - the obedient recovery loop mode. I must say that the reason for the appearance of this mode is often iTunes software crashes. In particular, this often happens in the process of updating the operating system or firmware of the gadget. A loop can also appear as a result of a simple domestic misunderstanding, when the cable is accidentally disconnected during an action.

Why was this regime called "obedient"? Because it is reversible. The device can be returned to work by saving all the data that was originally in its memory. To this end, the user must download and apply one of the many programs designed specifically for this:

  • RecBoot;
  • TinyUmbrella;
  • iReb and many others.

And finally, the third mode is naughty, also arising from problems with iTunes. This situation is more complicated because here the user will not be helped either by the special programs mentioned earlier, or by the forced system reboot procedure. Whatever the owner of the smartphone does, the cord and the logo of the aytyuns continue to remain on the screen. Of course, all data stored on the gadget was irretrievably lost. It's good if the user has foreseen the situation in advance and made a backup. If not, all that remains is to regret the lost data.

Having caught such a loop, it remains only to try to flash the device. This procedure is difficult, and the master does not always succeed the first time, but it is quite possible. Often the standard firmware scheme does not help and you have to use a special program - DFU. Information previously stored on the gadget is irrevocably deleted, and all data is restored from the backup, if any.
